Art works:

I'm sure everyone has noticed a lack of submissions from me in the past few months. Life's been busy and I thought I wasn't doing much art, but then very recently I discovered some sketches that I HAVE been doing over the year, and never put it up! Included are some anime, animal, fantasy, and just random designs. Lately I've been interested in randomly drawing on the page and seeing what kind of design and abstract stuff I create. That's probably another way of saying doodles, but I don't care! I rarely doodle, I'm a bit of a perfectionist and like to work on pieces I'll complete. Anyway, I'd rather scan my pics rather than photograph them, but I left my printer at home, and we have a new printer at home that does not have a scanner. At least, it's smaller, so I assume it wouldn't fit anyway...I will find a way!!


College pieces:

I went back to college to get my portfolios, and good god I have a lot!! Most of it is just practice classwork, BUT THE REST ARE AWESOME! I forgot I never put it up. Probably because everyone on facebook just wants to comment on anime fan-art and dragons and comic books and what not...*sighs* Oh well, I'm doing this just so I can try to pull together a decent portfolio that portrays my skills. (I like sounding professional!! XP) But I'm REALLY happy that I bought some sheets to cover my work so it doesn't get ruined or fade away. PROTECT THE ARTWORK!! I NEEEED to draw more human anatomy, but I'm bored of it...

Personal Life:

Life's going very well. Did a lot of shopping with mom, got LOTS OF CLOTHES FOR VERY CHEAP, and one shirt actually inspired me to draw!! OMG NO WAAAY! LAUREN? DRAW?!? SCANDELOUS!!! I'm moving into a new, bigger apartment next year, WOOT! Four bedroom four bath, I get my OWN BATHROOM!! I'm on the ground floor, but I'm opting for the upper bedroom. We shall see how this works >:3
