My finals start next week, and I'm not panicking one bit...sounds a little weird huh? I mean, I'm taking FIVE classes, 3 are studio and 2 are hard-core art history, and I basically have an exam EVERY DAY next week. Here's my schedule:
Monday: Regular school day
Tuesday: Photography
Wednesday: Drawing
Thursday: Printmaking
Friday: Baroque art history
Monday: Special Topics Art History
One a day ain't so bad, kinda wish some were on the same day so i can get them over with...
Anywho! I submitted photographs of my artwork to the Cypress Dome! I won't know if my pieces will be in the book until next February, but I think I'll get at least one image in.
I'm a little irked at the Student Union offices. They were supposed to give back my artwork from the Student Union Art Exhibition, the one that won the $750 Scholarship. However, now they won't return my piece until monday and tuesday...grrr.
I missed the print sale this semester, but alas,there is NEXT semester!! >:3
I'm SOO happy with what I've done in class, I have so much to upload, but probably won't until after Finals X_X
Although, I'm unhappy with my cougar. At 75% done, it looked SO GORGEOUS until I tried to finish the arm, and now it looks bad....Hopefully I can fix it tomorrow....;_;
I will try and be around more in the future! And please stick around, you have NO IDEA what I've been doing the last few weeks >:3

Hey Everyone!
I've been on hiatus for a little while. I've spent the summer working, reading, and spending time with my family. Watching television with my dad is excellent! (Great White Expedition and The Pickers are AWESOME SHOWS!
Post Spring Break
Well, spring break has come and gone. It was fleeting but wonderful. Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Renaissance Festival, and lots and lots of sleep!
I was happy :3
And now, back to school....-_-.
It's all cool though, many art updates. I'm going for my BFA in art, so i will graduate next spring, specializing in Drawing and Illustration. So excited!

The Cypress Dome is published in April 16, can't wait for the release!
The Printmaking Collective Sale starts in May, can't wait to sell "Galloping Golden Geldings," Lyrebird, Birth, Hyena, and Smoke. Maybe I'll sell A Phantom's Theater too, even though

Life is busy and I'm loving it!
Short Art update:
I just heard back from my college's literary book called the Cypress Dome, and they told me that not only are three of my pieces chosen to feature in the book, but one of them was chosen for THE COVER.
MY ART IS GONNA BE ON THE COVER OF A BOOK. WHOOT!!!
I've made a couple of nice prints and drawings, but once again, it will take awhile to load. I think I need to make a website of my own...

Now that school is over and I've had my fun with friends and Family, i can FINALLY start uploading my work! Whoot!!
I've started with a couple of gesture drawings from drawing class. They're very nice figure studies, especially since I suck when it comes to drawing people. I will upload other drawings and prints later.
As far as this week is concerned, I'm spending a lot of time with my family. My sis and her boyfriend are in town for a week and we're living it up! We've made dinner at home, decorated the Christmas Tree, and today we had lunch at the Country Club. The girls went to the mall, the boys watched football…
